• Elimination of the bowels first thing in the morning
     
  • Three meals a day is recommended, preferably at the same times each day
     
  • Lunch should be the largest meal of the day, when digestion is the strongest
     
  • Eat fresh, in season fruits and vegetables whenever possible
     
  • Take at least 10 minutes morning and night for personal reflection/meditation
     
  • Rise with the sun, and try to be settled in bed between 10-11pm
